数字乡村建设背景下的数字统战工作研究

乡村数字统战是数字乡村建设的重要内容。目前,乡村数字统战工作取得一定成效,同时也面临一些困境,如数字基础设施建设滞后,存在数据壁垒;乡村群体数字意识淡薄,覆盖群体不广;乡村信息技术人才稀缺,信息能力不足;数字统战机制不够健全,缺乏制度保障。发挥数字统战治理效能,应从数字统战平台建设、数字统战理念更新、数字统战队伍创建、数字统战制度重构着力,以数字乡村建设为契机,推动数字统战工作高质量发展,助力乡村振兴。

Rural digital united front is an important content of digital rural construction.At present,the digital united front work in rural areas has achieved certain results,but also faces some difficulties,such as lagging digital infrastructure construction and data barriers.The digital awareness of rural groups is weak,and the coverage of the group is not wide.The information technology talents in rural areas are scarce and their information abilities are insufficient.The mechanism of digital united front is not sound enough and lacks institutional guarantees.To enhance the effectiveness of digital united front governance,efforts should be made to build a digital united front platform,update the concept of digital united front,create a digital united front team,and restructure the digital united front system.Taking the digital rural construction as an opportunity,high-quality development of digital united front work should be promoted to assist in rural revitalization.
