摘要
利用湿法成网方式将3种不同细度的双组分涤纶与玻璃纤维混合制成复合纤维隔板抄片,测试了复合隔板抄片的关键参数,包括厚度、拉伸强度、抗穿刺强度、孔率、吸酸高度、电阻等基本物理性能,试验结果证明,新型复合纤维隔板性能较好,并通过静置电压试验验证了新型复合纤维隔板的性能优异性。
A composite fiber separator sheet was made by mixing three different fineness of bi-component polyester fiber with glass fiber by wet netting.The key parameters of the separator sheet,including thick⁃ness,tensile strength,puncture resistance,porosity,acid absorption height,resistance and other basic physi⁃cal properties,were tested.The test results show that the new composite fiber separator has good perfor⁃mance.The static voltage test verifies the excellent performance of the new composite fiber separator.
