摘要 针对电力建设工程危险作业项目不确定性因素多、作业持续时间长等特点,构建安全风险分级预控体系,以规范从业人员作业行为、强化各级管理人员安全责任落实、防范化解风险、及时消除安全隐患,从而有效遏制电力建设工程安全事故以及提升工程安全管理水平。 According to the characteristics of electric power engineering projects such as multiple uncertainties and prolong operation periods,a hierarchical pre-control system is constructed to standardize the operation behaviors of employees,strengthen the implementation of safety responsibility of managers at all levels,prevent and resolve risks and eliminate safety hazards in time,so as to effectively curb safety accidents related to power engineering projects and improve the safety management level in the construction of electric power projects.
