摘要
为了解热处理木材在不同使用环境时的颜色变化情况,以云杉为研究试材,分别在180、200、215℃时进行热处理,将热处理材、对照材分别放置于室外、过渡空间(飘窗)、室内3个环境,记录并比较试材在1 a周期内明度(L^(*))、色度指标(a^(*),b^(*))的变化。结果表明:在3种试验环境时,热处理材的试验前后色差值都小于对照材,显示了更高的材色稳定性。在室外环境,各试材最终材色都呈暗灰色,热处理材和对照材在1 a后的色差小于6.25,说明在室外环境时,通过改善材色稳定性带来的实用价值并不明显。相反,在室内环境时,对照材在试验前后的纵向色差为5.4,而热处理材色差仅为2.21~3.20,说明热处理材、对照材都能较好地保留原有材色特点。而过渡空间具有独特的微气侯特点,热处理材基本保持了原有的材色,其中180℃热处理材、200℃热处理材前后色差仅有4.76、8.56,而对照材则显现出明显的材色变化,试验前后色差为19.09,表明热处理材在阳台、飘窗等环境中具有性能优势和应用潜力。
To study the color change patterns of heat-treated wood in different environments,spruce(Picea abies)wood was chosen as the test material and thermally treated at 180,200 and 215℃.The treated and untreated samples were then placed in outdoor,transitional(bay window)and indoor spaces for one year,and the brightness(L^(*))and chromaticity(a^(*),b^(*))changes of the samples were recorded and compared.In all three test environments,the color difference values of the heat-treated materials before and after the test were smaller than those of the control materials,showing a higher color stability of the materials.In the outdoor environment,the final color of each test material was dark gray after the final treatment,and the color difference between the heat-treated material and the control material was less than 6.25 after one year,indicating that the practical value of the improved color stability in the outdoor environment was not obvious.On the contrary,in the indoor environment,the longitudinal color difference between the control material before and after the test was 5.4,while the color difference between the heat-treated materials was only 2.21-3.20,indicating that both the heat-treated material and the control material could retain the original material color characteristics better.The transition space has unique micro-atmosphere characteristics,and the heat-treated materials basically maintain the original color of the material,including 180℃heat-treated materials and 200℃heat-treated materials before and after the color difference is only 4.76 and 8.56,while the control material showed obvious color changes,before and after the test color difference of 19.09,indicating that the heat-treated materials have performance advantages and application potential in the balcony,baywindows and other environments.
