推进中国式现代化建设,必须实施人才强国战略,完善人才战略布局,全面发挥职业教育培养高素质技能人才的作用。职业本科教育要承担好为党和国家培养高层次技术技能型人才的重任。职业本科院校在充分利用外部优势资源的同时,也要从人才培养模式、课程设置、师资建设、产业学院、校办企业、政校企行合作等多方面协同配合产教融合,充分发挥其优势,以多层级实践能力培养体系助力产教融合内部协同育人机制建设,逐步提升学生的实践能力,使之具备职业胜任力,满足行业企业的人才需求,为人才强国建设培养合格人才。

To promote Chinese-style modernization,we must implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,improve the strategic layout of talents,and give full play to the role of vocational education in cultivating high quality skilled talents.Vocational undergraduate education has to take up the important task of cultivating high-level technically skilled talents for the Party and the country.While making full use of external advantageous resources,vocational undergraduate institutions should also cooperate with industry-education integration to give full play to its advantages in many aspects,such as talent training mode,curriculum,faculty construction,industrial colleges,school-run enterprises,and government-school-enterprise line cooperation,etc.,and help the construction of internal cooperative education mechanism of industry-education integration with a multi-level practical ability training system,so as to gradually improve students'practical ability and make them professionally competent to meet industry The system can gradually improve students'practical ability,make them have professional competence,meet the needs of industry and enterprises,and cultivate qualified talents for the construction of a strong national talent country.
