职业本科院校建筑类专业人才培养的现实困境与推进路径

The Realistic Dilemma and Promotion Path of the Talent Training of Architecture Specialty in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

摘要 为实现现代建筑产业结构优化升级,迫切需要培养高层次的技术技能型建筑人才。从国家建筑环境层面、区域建筑发展层面、企业人才需求层面分析,职业本科教育建筑类人才培养迎来了新的发展契机。但是,在制度机制、人才培养定位、教学质量层面仍然面临一定的困境。因此,要推动思政教育与技能培养融合统一;坚持类型特色,多方共建共管机制;重构课程体系,创新教学内容和教学设计,以提高职业本科教育建筑类专业人才培养质量,为职业本科教育的发展提供有力支撑。 In order to realize the optimization and upgrading of the structure of modern construction industry,there is an urgent need to cultivate high-level technical and skilled construction talents.Analyzing from the level of national construction environment,regional construction development and enterprise talent demand,the cultivation of construction talents in vocational undergraduate education has ushered in a new development opportunity.However,there are still some difficulties in the system mechanism,talent cultivation orientation and teaching quality.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the integration and unification of ideological education and skill cultivation;adhere to the type of characteristics,multi-party co-construction and co-management mechanism;reconstruct the curriculum system,and innovate the teaching content and teaching design,in order to improve the quality of vocational undergraduate education in the cultivation of architectural professionals,and to provide a strong support for the development of vocational undergraduate education.
