摘要
合作与竞争行为是学校中的普遍现象,竞合行为对学生发展水平有广泛影响。通过分析PISA中国四省市数据系统讨论了合作与竞争行为对学生学业表现及幸福感的影响,结果发现:在控制了性别和经济社会文化地位指数之后,感知到所在学校学生的竞争行为对学生的阅读、数学、科学素养、人生意义和自我效能感均有显著的正向影响,对生活满意度有显著的负向影响;且竞争行为对阅读、数学和科学素养的正向影响作用随合作行为的加强而减弱。感知到所在学校学生的合作行为仅对生活满意度、人生意义和自我效能感有显著的正向影响,对阅读、数学、科学素养没有显著的影响;且合作行为对生活满意度、人生意义和自我效能感的正向影响作用随竞争行为的加强而加强。
Cooperative and competitive behavior are common behaviors which have a wide impact on students'development in school.Based on PISA data,this study systematically compares the impact of cooperation and competition on students'academic performance and well-being.The results are as follows:1)After controlling factors including gender,economic,social and cultural status index,it is found that students'competitive behavior in school has a significant positive impact on their reading literacy,mathematical literacy,scientific literacy,life significance and self-efficacy,and has a significant negative impact on their life satisfaction.In addition,the positive effect of competitive behavior on academic performance decreases with the strengthening of cooperation.2)Cooperative behavior is significantly positively related with life satisfaction,life significance and self-efficacy,and this positive effect of cooperative behavior is strengthened with the strengthening of competitive behavior.
