构建“以学为基点”的课堂教学动机系统——以友善用脑课堂范式为分析模型 被引量:1

To Construct a"Learning-based"Classroom Teaching Motivation System:Taking the Paradigm of Brain-friendly Classroom as the Analytical Model

摘要 课堂教学是教育改革的主阵地,学生学习的动机水平是课堂教学质量的重要指标,也是撬动课堂教学改革的重要支点。2022年,国家首次将学习科学写入教育文件,旨在基于学习科学推动育人方式的变革,从而发展学生的核心素养。以学习科学理论指导下的友善用脑课堂为研究对象,依据“一三八”课堂教学范式和“T+6M+C+PE”教学策略,提炼出友善用脑课堂的根本与核心,并分别从理念与环境、学习目标、情境与活动、活动规则、课堂评价等角度详细剖析了课堂教学动机内化机制。在此基础上,提出“以学为基点”的课堂教学动机系统构建建议,为课堂教学变革提供兼具理论与实践意义的参考。 Classroom teaching is the main battlefield for educational reform,and the level of students'learning motivation is an important indicator of the quality of classroom teaching,and also an important fulcrum for leveraging classroom teaching reform.In 2022,for the first time,the country incorporated learning science into educational documents,aiming to promote changes in educational methods based on learning science,thereby developing students'core competencies.This study focuses on the Brain-friendly Classroom guided by learning science.Based on the"one–three-eight"classroom teaching paradigm and"T+6M+C+PE"teaching strategy,we distill the essence and core of the Brain-friendly Classroom.We also analyze the internalization mechanisms of classroom teaching motivation in detail from the perspectives of philosophy and environment,learning goals,situations and activities,activity rules,and classroom evaluation.Finally,suggestions for constructing a“learning-based”classroom teaching motivation system are proposed,providing both theoretical and practical references for classroom teaching reform.
