摘要
针对生物防护服的可重复使用需求,对其洗消方法进行了系统研究。建立了包含喷雾压制消毒、消毒剂洗涤、过氧化氢熏蒸灭菌等步骤的全流程洗消工艺,对喷雾压制消毒和防护服洗消效果等进行了研究和评价。对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果表明,经过喷雾压制消毒-洗涤-熏蒸灭菌工艺处理的可重复使用生物防护服可达到消毒和灭菌要求。
In view of the reusable demand for biological protective clothing,a systematic study was conducted on the decontamination method of biological protective clothing for its reusability.The whole process of decontamination including spray pressing disinfection,disinfectant washing and hydrogen peroxide fumigation sterilization was established.The effect of spray pressing sterilization and protective clothing washing was studied and evaluated.The disinfection results of Bacillus subtilis black variant spores show that the reusable biological protective clothing treated by spray pressing sterilizing-washing-fumigation sterilization process can meet the disinfection and sterilization requirements.
