摘要
农村学校开展在地化教育是农村教育与一方水土的教育情境相衔接、推进农村教育现代化的重要抓手,校长在这一工作中能否引领相关教育主体创造性地运用资源与环境共同促进农村学校与学生的发展至关重要。当前,农村校长在地化教育领导力存在校长在地化教育价值理念缺失、基层团队领导力不足、缺乏在地化课程资源整合与开发能力、主动建构型的学生领导力薄弱等问题。为此,应加强校长专业责权、型塑在地化教育价值领导,明确团队定位、培养在地文化、创新在地化教育团队领导力,领导决策、整合资源、推进在地化课程教学改革,构建在地化教育场域、加强分布式领导,综合提升农村校长在地化教育领导力。
The implementation of localized education in rural schools is an important approach to connect rural education with the educational context of a certain area,and to promote the modernization of rural education.It is crucial that the principal can lead relevant educational subjects to creatively use resources and environment and to jointly promote the development of rural schools and students.At present,there are problems with the leadership of rural principals in localized education,such as a lack of values and concepts in localized education,insufficient leadership of grassroots teams,a lack of ability to integrate and develop localized curriculum resources,and weak leadership of proactive and constructive students.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen professional responsibility and authority of principals,shape the leadership of localized education values,clarify the team positioning,cultivate localized culture,innovate localized education team leadership,make decisions to integrate resources,promote localized education curriculum reform,construct localized education fields,strengthen distributed leadership,and other strategies to comprehensively enhance the leadership of rural principals in localized education.
