教师评价素养发展的挑战与对策:基于深化教育评价改革和实施新课标的省思 被引量:11

Challenges and Solutions for the Development of Teacher Assessment Literacy:Reflections from the Perspective of Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation and Implementing the New Curriculum Standards

摘要 评价是教师教书育人工作的重要组成部分,评价素养是教师必备的专业素养。深化教育评价改革和贯彻落实基于新课程标准的课程教学改革亟须大力发展和提升教师的评价素养。当前,教师评价素养的专业地位尚未得到充分体认、实践发展水平不高、培养培训不够、科学研究滞后,阻碍了教师评价素养向更高水平提升。需要研制教师评价素养专业标准并做好配套保障制度,在教师教育体系中建立健全教师评价素养的培养和培训,发挥好教师评价对教师评价素养发展的牵引作用,加强对教师评价素养的科学研究,多措并举为促进教师评价素养的发展和提升保驾护航。 Evaluation is an important part of teachers'teaching,and assessment literacy is a necessary professional quality for teachers.Deepening the reform of educational evaluation and carrying out the reform of curriculum teaching based on the new curriculum standards need to develop and enhance teachers'assessment literacy.However,at present,the professional status of teacher assessment literacy has not been fully recognized;the level of teacher's assessment literacy is not high;trainings for teachers assessment literacy are poor;scientific research on teacher assessment literacy is lagging.These drawbacks have hindered the development of teacher assessment literacy.To this end,it is necessary to take the following measures to promoting the development of teacher assessment literacy:developing professional standards on teacher assessment literacy and ensuring the standards fully implemented with matched institutional system;establishing and improving the cultivation and training for teacher assessment literacy in the teacher education system;making good use of the guiding role of evaluation on teachers in the development of teacher assessment literacy;strengthening the scientific research on teacher assessment literacy.
