面向新工科的职业本科实践教育体系与实践平台构建

摘要 “新工科”是我国为培养能够适应、甚至引领未来工程需求的人才的重要举措,突出产教融合、校企合作的育人模式,具有创新性、开放式、战略型、系统化的特征,突出培养学生工程实践能力和创新能力。文章针对职业本科人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出工程实践教育体系与实践平台构建的对策,并以山西工程科技职业大学“现代信息技术专业群”为案例,构建“实验、实训、实习、设计”于一体的实践教学体系及具体途径方法,总结在“新工科”背景下解决职业本科专业学生实践能力培养的问题。 "New engineering"is an important measure for cultivating the talents who can adapt to and even lead the future engineering needs in our country,highlighting the education mode in integration of industry as well as the education and school-enterprise cooperation,featuring the innovation,openness,strategic and systematization,and highlighting the cultivation of students'engineering practical ability and innovative ability.Aiming at the main problems existing in the cultivating of vocational undergraduate talents,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of engineering practical education system and practical platform,and takes the"Modern information technology professional group"of Shanxi Vocational University of Engineering Science and Technology as an example to build a practical teaching system and specific methods integrating the"experiment,practical training,practice and design"in one.This paper summarizes the problems of cultivating the practical ability of vocational undergraduate students under the background of"new engineering".
