化学支撑物质世界,孕育生命奇迹,引领社会发展,推动战争变革,是文明的“缔造者”。同时,化学作为一把双刃剑,也潜伏着挑战人类文明的重大威胁。面对化学武器、化学恐怖、化学污染,以及化学品和化学科技的误用、滥用和谬用,给国家安全带来的危害,亟待确立新时代国家化学安全观,强化国家化学安全战略支撑能力,推动核生化安全防御一体化建设,构筑坚固的国家化学安全屏障。

Chemistry,the inventor of civilization,supports the physical world,breeds life,leads to social development,and transforms warfare.Meanwhile,chemistry as a double-edged sword is a great threat to human civilization.Faced with the destruction given by chemical weapons,chemical terrorism,chemical pollution,chemicals,and the misuse of chemical science and technology,it is pressing to build a strong national chemical security barrier by establishing a new era of the national chemical security concept,strengthening our ability to support the national chemical security strategy,and promoting the integration of nuclear,biological and chemical security and defense.
