冷等离子体纤维表面原位沉积氧化镁及其抗菌性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着疫情的发展和后疫情时代的到来,人们对抗菌口罩、医用防护服等可穿戴抗菌织物的需求急剧上升。本文采用脉冲驱动冷等离子体对低熔点聚丙烯(PP)纤维膜进行原位氧化镁(MgO)纳米颗粒沉积,制备柔性抗菌纤维织物。以Ar/O_(2)为反应气氛,在考察等离子体对纤维性能影响的过程中优化了等离子体放电参数、气体比例、气体流量和等离子体处理时间等因素,并探究了不同因素(前驱体浓度、Ar/O_(2)比例、处理时间和接触时间)对抗菌性能的影响规律。结果表明,表面光滑的PP纤维膜在经过等离子体改性处理后,表面成功负载MgO白色颗粒物。通过光谱观测到等离子体放电,粒子发生碰撞解离产生Ar谱线、OH谱线、O谱线以及Mg发射谱线,证明前驱体在等离子体放电过程中与纤维表面发生反应进而生成MgO。在最优参数下制备的PP-MgO复合纳米纤维抗菌性能显著,7 h对浓度为10^(5)CFU/mL的大肠杆菌杀菌性能达到80%以上。本研究为低熔点多功能纳米纤维的制备提供了一种绿色、经济的新方法。 With the development of the epidemic and the advent of the post-epidemic era,the demand for wearable antimicrobial fabrics such as antimicrobial masks and medical protective clothing has increased dramatically.In this paper,in-situ deposition of magnesium oxide(MgO)on low melting point polypropylene(PP)fiber membranes by pulse-driven cold plasma was used to prepare flexible antimicrobial fiber fabrics.Using Ar/O_(2)as the reaction atmosphere,the plasma discharge parameters,gas ratio,gas flow rate and plasma treatment time were optimized in the process of investigat on the effect of plasma on fiber properties,and the effect patterns of different factors(precursor concentration,Ar/O_(2)ratio,treatment time and contact time)on antimicrobial properties were investigated.The results showed that the originally smooth PP was loaded with white particles of MgO on PP surface after plasma modification,confirming that MgO nanoparticles were successfully prepared.The emission spectrum of Ar,OH,O and Mg was observed,demonstrating precursor dissociation in the deposition process.The antimicrobial performance of the PP-MgO composite nanofibers prepared under the optimal parameters was remarkable,and the bactericidal performance against E.coli at a concentration of 10^(5)CFU/mL for 7 h reached over 80%.This study provides a green and economical technology for the preparation of multifunctional nanofibers with low melting point.
