阜南县乡村韧性空间分布及影响机制研究

摘要 基于演进韧性理论,建构2012~2020年淮河流域行蓄洪区阜南县乡村韧性评价体系,开展乡村韧性测度及空间分布可视化分析,阐述影响机制。结果表明:①阜南县乡村韧性平均值为0.410,处于较高水平,空间呈现“外高内低,不均衡布局”的分布特征。②阜南县乡村韧性空间分异明显,蒙洼蓄洪区乡村适应能力较低,抵御能力较强。③对阜南县乡村适应能力解释力较大的因素为人均建设用地面积、脱贫人口占比以及平均中小学人数占比,对乡村抵御能力解释力较大的因素为规划聚焦度和政府投资力量。④从影响机制来看,公共资源和经济发展是阜南县乡村韧性的主要影响因素;生态资源和文化资源是乡村韧性的内在影响因素;社会关注度、规划聚焦度、政府投资力量是乡村韧性的外在影响因素。 Based on the evolutionary resilience theory,the evaluation system of rural resilience in Funan County,Huaihe River Basin flood storage area from 2012 to 2020 was constructed,and the spatial distribution of rural resilience was measured and visualized to explain the influence mechanism.The results show that the average value of rural resilience in Funan County is 0.410,which is at a high level,showing the characteristics of unbalanced layout with higher outside and lower inside.The spatial differences of rural resilience in Funan County are obvious,and Mengwa flood storage area has a low adaptive capacity and a high resilience.The factors that explain the rural adaptive capacity of Funan County are the area of construction land per capita,the proportion of people lifted out of poverty and the average proportion of primary and secondary school students,while the factors that explain the rural resilience are the planning focus and government investment.In terms of the influence mechanism,public resources and economic development are the main influencing factors.ecological and cultural resources are the intrinsic influencing factors.Social concerns,planning focus,and government investment are the extrinsic influencing factors.
