基于职业能力培养的高职专业实践教学标准研究与实践

Research and Practice on Practical Teaching Standards for Speciality of Higher Vocational Education Based on Vocational Ability Cultivation

职业能力是行业岗位员工必备的工作能力,也是高职院校毕业生应有的就业能力。为了培养满足行业岗位所需的高素质技术技能人才,高职院校需要通过规范实践教学来培养学生的职业能力。文章以高职中药学专业为例,进行基于职业能力培养的实践教学标准研究,重点包括职业能力分析、实践教学体系构建、实践教学标准开发等三方面,并对实践教学标准的制定过程和应用情况进行总结和反思,为高职院校开发和实施实践教学标准提供参考。

Vocational ability is the necessary working ability of the employees in the industry,and also the employability of the graduates of higher vocational colleges.In order to train high quality technical talents to meet the needs industry positions,higher vocational colleges need to train students'vocational ability through standardized practice teaching.This article takes traditional Chinese medicine major as an example to conduct research on practical teaching standards based on vocational ability cultivation,focusing on three aspects:vocational ability analysis,construction of practical teaching system and development of practical teaching standards.It also summarizes and reflects on the process and application of practical teaching standards,providing reference for the development and implementation of practical teaching standards in higher vocational colleges.
