为了做好高校毕业生的就业工作,针对高校部分毕业生呈现出慢就业、缓就业、不就业的状况,运用共同缔造理念,坚持党建引领,通过“思想破冰”决策共谋,“行动破局”发展共建,“机制破障”齐抓共管,“提质增效”效果共评,“内外兼修”成果共享,提升高校就业工作质量。
