梯度进城:青年农民工的城市化实践

Gradually Entering into Cities:the Urbanization Practice of Young Migrant Workers

青年农民工在发达地区的城市化实践是基于梯度城市化背景下展开的。基于浙东X镇的经验调研,构建“需求—能力—机会”的分析框架。研究发现,在发达地区农民追求更高层次的城市化水平而往区县集中进城过程中,析出的公共服务与进城空间高度契合青年农民工的内在需求。青年农民工实现了需求与能力的匹配,由此在经济发达的务工地逐步实现了生活与工作的一体化进程,不断融入当地经济社会系统之中,形塑了一种新的城市化实践模式。

The urbanization of young migrant workers in developed areas has been practiced under the background of gradient urbanization.Based on an empirical research made in X Town in eastern Zhejiang Province,we constructed a"demand-capability-opportunity"framework.The research found that in developed areas,farmers entering into cities in large numbers,pursuing higher levels of urbanization,in this process,public service that highly catering to migrant workers inner needs has been separated out.Based on family intergenerational support and stable employment space,and taking consideration of the functionality of living,development of education,ethics of family continuity and investment expected by the market and other needs,young migrant workers' have realized the matching of their needs and capabilities,achieved the integration of life and work in the developed working place,and constant fused into the local economic and social system,and thus formed a new urbanization practice model.
