中晚期喉癌术后两种不同放化疗方案的总生存率比较

Comparison of overall survival rates of two different chemoradiotherapy regimens after operation for middle-advanced laryngeal cancer

比较中晚期喉癌术后两种不同放化疗方案的总生存率。研究发现,肿瘤大小(HR=3.42,95%CI:1.91~6.14)、术前淋巴转移(HR=3.49,95%CI:1.86~6.56)、术后治疗方案(HR=3.72,95%CI:1.63~8.48)均为影响患者预后的独立因素(P<0.05)。中晚期喉癌术后进行同步放化疗方案患者相较单纯放疗方案患者更能够获得更高生存率,肿瘤大小、淋巴转移及术后治疗方案是影响患者预后的因素。

To compare the overall survival rates of two different radiotherapy and chemotherapy regimens after operation for advanced laryngeal cancer.Research shows tumor size(HR=3.42,95%CI:1.91-6.14),preoperative lymph node metastasis(HR=3.49,95%CI:1.86-6.56),postoperative treatment plan(HR=3.72,95%CI:1.63-8.48)were independent factors for the prognosis of cases(P<0.05).The cases with advanced laryngeal cancer who received concurrent chemoradiotherapy after surgery were more likely to achieve a higher survival rate than those who received postoperative radiotherapy alone.Tumor size,lymphatic metastasis and postoperative treatment plan are factors for the prognosis of cases.
