摘要
为探究多参数水质仪在海上恶劣环境下开展水质监测的稳定性与可靠性,对两台多参数水质仪——YSI EXO2和YSI 6600V2与国家标准方法进行比对测试。在搭载海监船定时采集海水样品,同步使用两台仪器和国标方法进行测试,以相关性和均方差作为检验标准,考察数据之间的线性相关关系和离散程度,对比对测试结果进行分析和评价。研究发现:YSI EXO2的水温、盐度、pH、溶解氧和浊度5项参数的比对情况较好,均方差为0.07~5,仪器稳定性强,结果总体符合要求。YSI 6600V2的水温、pH、溶解氧3项参数的比对情况较好;盐度数据稳定性和准确度低于YSI EXO2;在离岸近的浑水区,浊度比对结果较差,在清水区情况稍好。
In order to explore the stability and reliability of multi-parameter water quality instruments in the harsh marine environment,comparative analysis on two multi-parameter water quality instruments(YSI EX02 and YSI 6600V2)with the national standard methods were carried out.Seawater samples were collected timely on the mounted sea surveillance ship,and the tests were carried out by using two instruments and the national standard method simultaneously.Correlation and mean square deviation were used as the inspection criteria to investigate the linear correlation and dispersion extent between the data,and the comparative test results were analyzed and evaluated.Findings:The comparative situation of water temperature,salinity,pH,dissolved oxygen and turbidity of YSI EXO2 is good,and the mean square deviation is 0.07~5,thus the instrument is stable and the results meet the requirements on the whole.The comparative situation of water temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen of YSI 6600V2 is good,but the stability and accuracy of salinity data are lower than that of YSI EXO2;in the muddy water area near the shore,the turbidity results are poor,while the situation is slightly better in the clear water area.
