观察分阶段康复干预对踝骨骨折护理质量的影响

Observation of the effect of phased rehabilitation intervention on the quality of nursing care for ankle fractures

目的观察在踝骨骨折护理中实施分阶段康复干预对患者预后康复效果的改善作用。方法将2018年2月至2021年11月期间泰兴市人民医院收治的100例踝骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施分阶段康复干预,于入院当日、出院前1 d对比两组患者的临床康复指标,并使用行为疼痛量表(behavioral pain scale,BPS)评分及美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分分别测评两组患者的疼痛情况及踝关节功能。结果入院当日,两组BPS评分及AOFAS评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);出院前1 d,观察组患者AOFAS评分高于对照组,且BPS评分及临床康复指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施分阶段康复干预能够改善踝骨骨折患者踝关节功能,降低患者疼痛感,从而可缩短治疗周期。

Objective To observe the effect of phased rehabilitation intervention in the nursing of ankle fractures on improving their prognosis and rehabilitation.Methods A total of 100 patients with ankle fractures admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from February 2018 to November 2021 were divided into an observation group and a control group based on a random number method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received staged rehabilitation intervention.The clinical rehabilitation indicators of the two groups were compared on the day of admission and 1 day before discharge,Behavioral Pain Scale(BPS)and the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle hindfoot score were used to evaluat the pain and ankle function of the two groups of patients.Results On the day of admission,there was a significant difference in the scores of BPS and AOFAS between the two groups(P>0.05);One day before discharge,the AOFSA scale scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the BPS scale scores and clinical rehabilitation indicators were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of phased rehabilitation intervention can improve the ankle joint function of patients with ankle fractures,reduce their pain sensation,and shorten the treatment cycle.
