Research progress of transvaginal hysterosalpingo contrast sonography in the diagnosis of infertility

输卵管损伤是女性不孕症的常见病因。输卵管的形态和功能异常如各种疾病引起的输卵管阻塞、扭曲、僵硬和蠕动不协调,占不孕症病因的25%~30%。准确评估输卵管通畅性可为临床针对性治疗提供重要依据。近年来,各种超声技术在输卵管通畅性的评估中发挥重要作用。本文就经阴道超声子宫输卵管造影诊断不孕症的研究进展进行综述。

Tubal damage is a common cause of female infertility.Abnormalities in the morphology and function of the fallopian tube,such as fallopian tube obstruction,distortion,stiffness and peristalsis,caused by various diseases,account for 25%to 30%of infertility causes.Accurate evaluation of fallopian tube patency can provide an important basis for targeted clinical treatment.In recent years,various ultrasound techniques have played an important role in the evaluation of fallopian tube patency.This article reviews the research progress of transvaginal hysterosalpingo contrast sonography in the diagnosis of infertility.
