宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果

Clinical effect of hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyp in the treatment of endometrial polyp

目的探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法选择2020年10月至2022年10月枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的80例子宫内膜息肉患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组。对照组(40例)给予传统刮宫术治疗,观察组(40例)给予宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉,可以提升治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,减少术中出血量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyp in the treatment of endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyp admitted to Zaoz huang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random drawing method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with traditional curettage,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyp.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In hospitalization time,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyp in the treatment of endometrial polyp can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce the intraoperative blood loss.
