小儿麻甘颗粒联合布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiao’er Magan Granules combined with Bude-sonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children

目的探讨小儿麻甘颗粒联合布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月枣庄市市中区齐村镇卫生院收治的58例毛细支气管炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各29例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,研究组采用小儿麻甘颗粒联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能指标及肺功能指标。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组免疫功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积和一秒率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿麻甘颗粒联合布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果较好,可显著改善患儿的免疫功能和肺功能,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiao’er Magan Granules combined with Budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods A total of 58 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Qicun Town Health Center of Shizhong District of Zaozhuang City from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide,and the study group was treated with Xiao’er Magan Granules combined with Budesonide.The therapeutic effect,immune function indexes and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Magan Granules combined with Budesonide has good clinical effect in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis,which can significantly improve the immune function and lung function of children,and has clinical popularization value.
