氨甲环酸治疗产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tranexamic Acid in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的分析氨甲环酸治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月于济宁市兖州区人民医院产检并分娩的80例产后出血产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组产妇使用缩宫素,观察组产妇使用氨甲环酸,观察并记录两组产妇产后出血情况,比较两组产妇分娩后凝血功能指标及血红蛋白(Hb)水平。结果观察组产后2 h及产后24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后24 h凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间低于对照组,Hb水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后出血产妇及早应用氨甲环酸可有效减少产后出血量,改善产妇的凝血功能,有助于促进产妇产后恢复,对于维护母婴健康有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tranexamic Acid in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage who underwent prenatal examination and delivery in Yanzhou District People’s Hospital in Jining City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.T he control group was treated with Oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with Tranexamic Acid.The postpartum hemorrhage situation of both groups was observed and recorded,the indicators of coagulation function and the level of hemoglobin(Hb)after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The volume of hemorrhage at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 24 hours postpartum,the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the level of Hb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tranexamic Acid treating postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the volume of postpartum hemorrhage,improve coagulation function,promote postpartum recovery,and have important value in maintaining maternal and infant health.
