综合康复护理干预在孤独症患儿护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing inter-vention in the nursing of children with autism

目的探讨综合康复护理干预在孤独症患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年4月烟台市蓬莱区妇幼保健院收治的50例孤独症患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对比组(25例)与实验组(25例)。对比组采用常规护理,实验组采用综合康复护理干预。比较两组行为能力、护理满意度及心理障碍评分。结果干预后,实验组行为能力评分高于对比组(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意度高于对比组(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组心理障碍评分高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理干预在孤独症患儿护理中的应用效果较好,可有效改善患儿的行为能力及心理障碍,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of children with autism.Methods A total of 50 children with autism admitted to Penglai District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yantai City from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(25 cases)and the experimental group(25 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.The behavioral ability,nursing satisfaction and psychological disorder score of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the behavioral ability score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the s core of psychological disorder in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of children with autism is good,which can effectively improve the behavioral ability and psychological disorder of children,improve nursing satisfa ction,and is worthy of promotion and application.
