针对性护理在口腔疾病患儿中的应用

Application of targeted nursing in children with oral diseases

目的探讨针对性护理在口腔疾病患儿中的应用。方法选取2021年5月至2023年2月于曲阜市口腔医院进行治疗的100例口腔疾病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以针对性护理。比较两组心理状况、依从性及家属满意度。结果干预后,观察组焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表及儿童抑郁量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在口腔疾病患儿中的应用能够改善患儿的心理状况,有效提高依从性和护理满意度,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To investigate the application of targeted nursing in children with oral diseases.Methods A total of 100 children with oral diseases treated in Qufu Stomatological Hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing based on the control group.The psychological status,compliance and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and children’s depression inventory in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in children with oral diseases can improve their psychological status,effectively improve compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worth clinical re ference and promotion.
