护理风险管理在乳腺癌患者护理管理中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing risk management in nursing mana-gement of breast cancer patients

目的观察护理风险管理在乳腺癌患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月荣成市大疃镇卫生院病房80例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,其中2022年1月至6月40例患者为对照组,实施常规护理,2022年7月至2023年1月40例患者为观察组,在对照组的基础上实施护理风险管理,对比两组患者护理风险事件发生率及满意度。结果观察组发生管道堵塞1例,护理风险事件发生率为2.5%;对照组发生护理风险事件6例,其中2例为管道堵塞,2例跌倒,2例坠床,护理风险事件发生率为15.0%。观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组,观察组护理满意度(97.5%)高于对照组(82.5%)(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理用于乳腺癌患者护理中,可明显提高患者满意度,减少不良事件的发生。

Objective To observe the application effect of nursing risk management in nursing management of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer from the wards of Datuan Town Health Center in Rongcheng City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,40 patients from January to June 2022 received routine nursing care as the control group,and 40 patients from July 2022 to January 2023 received nursing risk management on the basis of the control group as the observation group.The incidence of nursing risk events and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups.Results There was one case of pipeline blockage in the observation group,and the nursing risk event rate was 2.5%.There were six cases of nursing risk events in the control group,with two cases of pipeline blockage,two cases of falls,and two cases of bed falls,and the nursing risk event rate was 15.0%.The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that in the control group(82.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the nursing of breast cancer patients can significantly improve satisfaction and reduce adverse events.
