迷宫压缩机在低温BOG领域的应用

摘要 低温BOG工艺中产生的气体通常包含甲烷、乙烯、乙烷、丙烷、丁烷等,这些气体的产生过程中通常带有超低温、低温的特点。设计适合这种环境的压缩机应注意结构的改进、材质的选择,其中迷宫压缩机以其特有的结构优势规避活塞环压缩机在低温工况中的局限性。低温迷宫压缩机的关键技术包括:节流密封结构的应用、金属材料深冷处理、完全密闭无泄漏结构、导冷装置的应用等。 The gases produced in the low-temperature BOG process usually include methane,ethylene,ethane,propane,butane,etc.,and the production process of these gases is usually characterized by ultra-low temperature and low temperature.The design of compressor suitable for this environment should pay attention to the improvement of structure and the choice of material,labyrinth compressor with its unique structural advantages to avoid the limitations of piston ring compressor in low temperature conditions.The key technologies of low temperature labyrinth compressor include the application of throttling seal structure,metal material cryogenic treatment,completely closed and no leakage structure,and the application of cold guide device.
