摘要
高能低感的非理想炸药是现代武器装药的主要形式,研究非理想炸药是提高能量利用率和使用安全性的重要途径,对国防的发展有着很重要的意义。文章以HTPB基的PBX类含铝炸药为非理想炸药的代表,对其不同形状、不同颗粒大小、不同状态的试样进行机械感度试验,包括落锤撞击感度试验和摩擦仪摩擦感度试验,得到非理想炸药在机械感度方面的一系列数据。在对试验数据进行分析后,得出这类非理想炸药的高能低感,包覆越均匀感度越低的结论。
High-energy low sense of non-ideal modern weapons and explosives charge is the main form of non-ideal explosives research is to improve energy efficiency and use of the safety of important ways,the development of national defense is very important.This paper take the HTPB-based PBX category of non-aluminium-containing explosives as the ideals of explosives,their different shapes,different size,different state of the mechanical sensitivity of the sample test,including the drop hammer impact sensitivity tests and friction-friction flu test,obtain a series of data on the mechanical sensitivity of non-ideal explosives.In the test data analysis,that such non-ideal high-energy explosives,the low flu,the more evenly coated the lower the sensitivity of the conclusions.
