基于改进遗传算法的电网输配电多时间尺度协调控制

摘要 为了解决传统电网输配电控制方法安全低,运行成本高等问题,提出基于改进遗传算法的电网输配电多时间尺度协调控制方法。构建长时间尺度下的协调控制目标函数;采用改进遗传算法求解协调控制最佳结果;利用模型控制理论中闭环滚动优化算法修正该结果;以修正后的偏差值最小为目标,构建二次优化指标;将总偏差以及波动最小化为目标,构建目标函数,用改进遗传算法对其求解,获取协调控制的最佳结果。测试结果表明协调控制后,电压的偏移量低于0.02 pu,电压波动合格率均在96%以上,降低运行成本。 In order to solve the problems of low safety and high operation cost of traditional power transmission and distribution control methods.A multi time scale coordinated control method for power transmission and distribution based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed.The objective function of coordinated control under long time scale is constructed;The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal result of coordinated control;The closed-loop rolling optimization algorithm in model control theory is used to modify the result;The secondary optimization index is constructed with the objective of minimizing the corrected deviation value;The total deviation and fluctuation are minimized as the objective,the objective function is constructed,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve it to obtain the best result of coordinated control.The test results show that after coordinated control,the voltage offset is less than 0.02 pu,the qualified rate of voltage fluctuation is more than 96%,and the operation cost is reduced.
