摘要
基于大数据分析,提出对人才在线测评系统设计。系统利用大数据分析原理设计人才在线测评打分模块,通过计算条件属性的重要性,准确计算人才测评指标权重,完成系统的软件设计。测试结果表明,基于大数据分析的人才在线自动测评系统,在功能测试中可以达到预期的测评效果,系统的CPU负载和响应时间可以满足性能测试要求。
This paper mainly focuses on the big data analysis of the systematic design of talent evaluation.The system designs the talent online evaluation scoring module based on the big data analysis principle,and completes the software design of the system by calculating the importance of the condition attribute and accurately calculating the weight of the talent evaluation index.The system test results show that the talent online automatic evaluation system based on big data analysis can achieve the desired evaluation effect in the functional test.In the performance test,the CPU load and response time of the system can meet the performance test requirements.
