融媒体时代的出版格局快速变革,面对残障人群和老龄化人群平等阅读的困境,传统出版单位顺应趋势、融合新技术,为特殊群体无障碍文化环境建设服务。文章以无障碍出版为切入点,结合辽宁人民出版社的创新与实践,探析无障碍出版的发展新路径,从无障碍系列丛书、网络学习平台、手语情景微剧、线上线下结合的知识竞赛和数据资源库等项目层面,打造无障碍文化服务矩阵,推进公共服务均等化,填补融合出版空白,推进文化产业发展。

The publishing landscape in the era of integrated media is rapidly changing.Faced with the dilemma of equal reading for the disabled and elderly,traditional publishing units are adapting to the trend and integrating new technologies to serve the construction of an accessible cultural environment for special groups.The article takes accessible publishing as the starting point,and combines the innovation and practice of Liaoning People's Publishing House to explore a new path for the development of accessible publishing.From the perspectives of accessible series of books,online learning platforms,sign language situational micro dramas,online and offline knowledge competitions,and data resource libraries,it aims to create an accessible cultural service matrix,promote equalization of public services,fill the gap in integrated publishing,and promote the development of the cultural industry.
