Construction and application of digital city geospatial framework

文章以福建省寿宁县地理空间框架建设项目为例,介绍了寿宁县地理空间框架建设的项目背景、项目目标与任务以及框架应用模式。数字寿宁地理框架建设依据数字、信息和网络技术,有效整合城市各类资源进行城市规范化、体系化信息体系建设。开放社区服务、地理信息等多种应用场景,以地理信息为载体,依靠3S技术,辅以多媒体技术手段,形成城市管理与服务的数字信息化,以空间化、多媒体的方式综合展示寿宁县的自然、人文、城市建设、交通、经济和社会发展情况,使城市建设和发展提高到新的水平,有效促进了寿宁当地信息化应用,为政府机关科学决策以及居民生活服务提供了基础地理信息平台支撑。

Taking Shouning County's geospatial framework construction project in Fujian Province as an example,this paper introduces the project background,project objectives and tasks,and framework application mode of Shouning County's geospatial framework construction.The construction of the digital Shouning geographic framework is based on digital,information,and network technologies,effectively integrating various urban resources for the construction of a standardized and systematic information system in the city.Open a variety of application scenarios such as community services and geographic information,take geographic information as the carrier,rely on 3S technology,supplemented by multimedia technology,form the digital informatization of urban management and services,comprehensively display the natural,cultural,urban construction,transportation,economic and social development of Shouning County in a spatialized and multimedia way,so as to raise the urban construction and development to a new level,effectively promote the application of local informatization in Shouning,provided basic geographic information platform support for scientific decision-making by government agencies and residents'daily life services.
