不同水分管理对水稻镉和矿质元素吸收及农艺性状的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Water Management Modes on Cadmium and Mineral Elements Absorption and Agronomic Traits of Rice Varieties

摘要 为了解不同水稻品种在不同水分管理模式下对水稻镉(Cd)吸收累积及矿质元素含量和农艺性状的影响,采用小区试验法研究了常规水分管理(CK)、干湿交替(IF)、全程水淹管理(CF)对10香优郁香(YY186)、野香优莉丝(YX160)、良湘优868(LX142)等3个水稻品种Cd富集、矿质元素含量、农艺性状的影响。研究结果发现,不同品种水稻在不同水分管理模式下的降Cd效果为:CF>IF>CK,CF模式稻米Cd含量最低,含量为0.12 mg/kg;不同水分管理模式下YY186水稻品种稻米的Fe、Zn含量存在差异;各品种在IF、CF模式下的Fe、Zn含量比CK模式相对要高,其他矿质元素(Ca、Cu、Mn、K、Mg)含量无差异;IF模式下,水稻有效分蘖、千粒重、穗粒数比CF、CK模式下要高,CF模式下水稻有效分蘖、千粒重、穗粒数最低。本研究表明,CF和IF模式均可有效降低稻米中Cd含量和提高稻米中Fe、Mn、Zn、Mg含量,IF模式下3个水稻品种的有效分蘖、千粒重、穗粒数优于CF模式。综合评价,IF水分管理模式在兼顾水稻降镉的同时更利于水稻生长。 In order to investigate effects of different water management modes on cadmium(Cd)absorption and accumulation,mineral element content and agronomic traits of different rice varieties,plot field experiments were conducted to study the effects of water management modes,conventional irrigation(CK),interval flooding(IF)and continuous flooding(CF),on Cd enrichment,mineral element content and agronomic traits of 3 rice varieties(YY186,YX160 and LX142).Results showed that the Cd reduction in rice varieties followed the sequence of CF>IF>CK.The lowest Cd content of rice in CF was 0.12 mg·kg-1;the Fe and Zn contents of YY186 differed in different water management modes;the Fe and Zn contents of each variety were relatively higher in IF and CF than in CK and there was no difference in the contents of other mineral elements(Ca,Cu,Mn,K,Mg);the agronomic traits in IF were better than those in CF and CK,including effective tillers,thousand-grain-weight and grain number per spike of rice,which were the worst in CF.This study showed that both CF and IF could effectively reduce Cd content and increase the contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,and Mg in rice,and effective tillers,thousand-grain-weight,and grain number per spike of the 3 rice varieties in IF were better than those in CF.The comprehensive evaluation showed that IF was more favorable to rice growth while Cd reduction in rice was taken care.
