配合饲料对翘嘴鳜肠道组织结构及其免疫功能的影响

摘要 为探究配合饲料对翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)肠道组织结构和免疫功能的影响,对养殖8周的活饵组和饲料组翘嘴鳜肠道组织结构进行了显微观察,并比较了免疫酶活性和炎性基因的相对表达量变化。结果显示:饲料组前、中、后肠绒毛长度分别比活饵组降低了57.41%、47.95%和35.13%,隐窝深度分别比活饵组上升了33.68%、57.19%和95.18%,绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值分别比活饵组降低了68.35%、67.86%和64.67%,杯状细胞数量分别比活饵组增加了62.72%、100.05%和85.10%。饲料组前、中、后肠的SOD、CAT和LYS活性与补体C3和lgM含量均低于活饵组,但差异不显著。饲料组前肠、后肠IL-1β基因相对表达量显著低于活饵组;前、中肠IL-10基因相对表达量显著低于活饵组;前、中、后肠IL-4、TNF-α基因相对表达量显著低于活饵组。结果表明,与活饵组相比,翘嘴鳜配合饲料投喂组肠道组织结构发生了改变,免疫功能下调,肠道健康受到不利影响。 the intestinal tissue structure of Siniperca chuatsi was observed under a microscope in the live bait group and the compound feed group after eight weeks of culture to investigate the effects of compound feed on the intestinal tissue structure and immune function.Meanwhile,the changes in immune enzyme activity and relative expression of inflammatory genes were compared.The villus length in the compound feed group′s foregut,midgut and hindgut was decreased by 57.41%,47.95%and 35.13%compared with the live bait group,respectively.The crypt depth was increased by 33.68%,57.19%and 95.18%compared with the live bait group.The ratio of villus height to crypt depth was decreased by 68.35%,67.86%and 64.67%.The number of goblet cells increased by 62.72%,100.05%and 85.10%,respectively.The activities of intestinal superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and lysozyme(LYS)and the contents of complement C3 and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the compound feed group were lower than those in the live bait group.However,the difference was not significant.The relative expression of IL-1βin the foregut and hindgut of the compound feed group was significantly lower than the live bait group.The relative expression of IL-10 in the foregut and midgut was significantly lower than in the live bait group.The relative expression of IL-4,TNF-αin the foregut,midgut and hindgut was significantly lower than that in the live bait group.The results indicated that the intestinal tissues were altered,immune function was down-regulated and intestinal health was affected in the group fed with compound feed compared to the group fed with live bait of S.chuatsi.
