高校创新创业教育与劳动教育融合发展的实践路径研究

推动创新创业教育与劳动教育的深度融合,是培养复合型应用人才、促进高校内涵式发展的关键举措。本文从教育目标、教育内容、教育方法和师资队伍四个维度,对创新创业教育与劳动教育的融合发展进行了全面拆解,剖析其中的深层关联并据此整理出教育实践所面临的困境,进而提出了二者融合发展的实践路径,为促进高校复合型应用人才培养提供借鉴参考。

Promoting the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education is a key measure to cultivate compound applied talents and promote the connotative development in colleges and universities.This article comprehensively disassembles the integrated development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education from four dimensions:educational objectives,educational content,educational methods and teaching staff,analyzes the deep correlation among them,and based on these,sorts out many dilemmas faced by educational practice,and proposes practical paths for the integrated development of the two,providing reference for promoting the cultivation of composite applied talents in universities.
