摘要
为研究植物生长调节剂对蝴蝶兰品种“藏宝图”开花性状的影响,采取不同时段和不同浓度的多效唑、矮壮素和丁酰肼对蝴蝶兰“藏宝图”进行处理,结果表明,3种调节剂中多效唑对控制花梗株高效果最好,200 mg/L下效果最佳,矮化14.23 cm;催花后20 d花梗破皮前是启动多效唑的最佳时机,既达到了矮化效果,又不影响花序长度和花朵数,其他2个时段使用多效唑对花序长度和花苞数产生显著影响,多效唑对花梗直径影响不显著。不同浓度的矮壮素对花梗高度矮化效果显著,对花序长度和花苞数影响显著,对花梗直径影响不显著。不同浓度的丁酰肼对蝴蝶兰花梗高度矮化效果不显著,对花序长度和花苞数影响显著,对花梗直径影响不显著。
To analyze the effects of 3 plant growth retardants on flowering characteristics of Phalaenopsis‘Treasure Map’,this experiment treated Phalaenopsis‘Treasure Map’with paclobutrazol,cycocel and butyryl hydrazide at different times and concentrations.It showed that paclobutrazol had the best effect on controlling the plant height of pedicel among the three regulators,and the effect was better at 200 mg/L,and the dwarfing effect was 14.23 cm;The best time to start paclobutrazol was 20 days after flowering and before pedicel breaking,which not only achieved dwarf effect,but also did not affect inflorescence length and flower number.The other two periods of paclobutrazol had significant effect on inflorescence length and flower bud number,but the effect of paclobutrazol on pedicel diameter was not obvious.The effect of different concentrations of cycocel on pedicel height dwarf was significant,inflorescence length and bud number were significant,but pedicel diameter was not significant.The effect of butanohydrazide concentration on pedicel height dwarf was not obvious,inflorescence length and bud number were significantly affected,but pedicel diameter was not significantly affected.
