田园综合体建设与大学生返乡关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Rural Complex Construction and College Students’Returning Home

乡村振兴战略是我国应对国际竞争的压舱石,而人才支撑是乡村振兴的核心要素。大学生作为高素质人才的“主力军”,多数不愿返乡就业与创业。其原因在于农村收入低、环境差、缺少社会保障、发展机会少、缺少人际吸引力等。为解决上述问题,研究了田园综合体与大学生返乡的关系。研究发现田园综合体可以提供良好的基础设施、高质量的工作机会以及人际吸引力,是大学生返乡的理想载体。最后提出了田园综合体发展的基本策略。

The rural vitalization strategy is the ballast stone for China to cope with international competition,and talent support is the core element of rural vitalization.As the“main force”of high-quality talents,most college students are unwilling to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship.The reasons are low income,poor environment,lack of social security,lack of development opportunities,lack of interpersonal attraction and so on.To solve the above problems,this paper studies the relationship between rural complex and college students returning home.The study found that the rural complex can provide good infrastructure,high-quality job opportunities and interpersonal attraction,and is the ideal carrier for college students to return home.Finally,this paper puts forward the basic strategies for the development of rural complex.
