安徽省乡村人才振兴的现实困境与破解路径

The Realistic Predicament and Breakthrough Path of the Revitalization of Rural Talents in Anhui Province

党的二十大报告指出要“全面推进乡村振兴”,人才是乡村振兴的重要支撑。十八大以来,安徽多策并用加强乡村人才队伍建设,并取得很大进展,但是也面临乡村人才总量不足、结构失衡、质量不高的三重困境。对此,可以通过“本地采金”与“筑巢引凤”相结合的方式增加人才总量;通过党建引领与服务保障相结合的方式调整人才结构;通过精准选派与专业培育相结合的方式提高乡村人才质量,下好人才“先手棋”,推动安徽省乡村全面振兴。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that to“comprehensively promote rural revitalization”,talents are an important support for rural revitalization.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Anhui has made great progress in strengthening the construction of the rural talent team through the combination of multiple strategies.However,it also faces the triple dilemma of insufficient rural talent,unbalanced structure and low quality.In this regard,the total number of talents will be increased through the combination of“local gold mining”and“nesting to attract phoenix”;adjust the talent structure through the combination of party building guidance and service guarantee;improve the quality of rural talents through the combination of precise selection and professional training,and play a good“first hand”to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas in Anhui Province.
