深化农业科研单位廉洁文化建设的探索与思考——以安徽省农业科学院为例

Exploration and Thinking on Deepening the Construction of Clean and Honest Culture in Agricultural Scientific Research Units——Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

加强新时代廉洁文化建设是推进党风廉政建设的内在要求,充分彰显了中国共产党人廉洁文化基因的赓续与传承。建设廉洁文化是构建农业科研单位良好政治生态的题中之义。以安徽省农业科学院为例,对农业科研单位廉洁文化建设工作进行思考,从强化理论学习、注重家风家教、整合文化资源和加强监督4个方面提出建议,以期丰富农业科研单位建设廉洁文化的思路。

Strengthening the construction of clean culture in the new era is the internal requirement of promoting the construction of party style and clean government,which fully demonstrates the continuation and inheritance of the clean culture genes of the Chinese Communists.Building a clean and honest culture is the meaning of building a good political ecology of agricultural scientific research units.Taking the Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article thinks about the construction of clean culture in agricultural scientific research institutions,and puts forward suggestions from four aspects:strengthening theoretical study,paying attention to family tradition and family education,integrating cultural resources and strengthening supervision,in order to enrich the ideas for building a clean culture in agricultural research institutions.
