摘要
开放大学涉农专业承担着党和政府为乡村振兴培养人才的使命,其课程体系直接关系着人才培养目标和乡村振兴目标的实现。湖南开放大学现有涉农专业课程体系存在着重学科、轻专业,重统一、轻个性,重理论、轻实践,重知识、轻素养等不足。针对这些不足,提出了乡村振兴背景下以农民需求为本、以能力提升为旨、以实用够用为基、以乡土本土为源等课程体系重构原则,并以行政管理(乡村管理方向)专业为例,从乡村振兴五大战略目标对农村基层行政管理人才的要求出发,提出了本专业阶梯式模块化课程体系的设计思路与框架,并进一步提出了该课程体系得以实施的策略。
The agricultural-related majors shoulder the responsibility of training administrative personnel for rural areas,aligning with the Party and government's mission for rural revitalization.The curriculum system plays a crucial role in achieving the goals of personnel training and rural development.However,the current curriculum system at Hunan Open University faces several challenges,such as discipline-focused approach,neglecting individual majors,theory over practice,and knowledge-centric rather than skill development.To address these shortcomings,this paper presents fundamental principles for restructuring the curriculum system under the context of rural revitalization.These principles advocate for prioritizing farmers′demands,emphasizing practical skills and local relevance while fostering individuality.Taking the administrative management(rural management direction)major as an example,the study devises a tiered modular curriculum system,designed based on the requirements of rural grassroots administrative management talent in alignment with the five strategic goals for rural revitalization.Additionally,the paper outlines strategies for the effective implementation of this curriculum system.
