摘要
促进成人学习者的深层学习是保障开放教育教学质量的重要因素,研究成人学习者在线课程深层学习的影响因素则更具有实践意义。基于16名成人学习者的质性访谈研究发现:成人学习者的在线课程深层学习受到直接和间接因素的共同影响,其中学习基础和经验观念、学习动机、情绪调节、课程设计、教学情境、社会性互动等产生直接影响;学习支持、环境等发挥间接作用。为有效促进成人学习者的深层学习,建议加强对成人学习者的分析与过程追踪,提供促进最优学习体验的在线课程设计,完善教师评价体系保障在线教学品质,构建线上学习共同体引导社会性交互,关注情感和技术性支持等。
Promoting deep learning among adult learners is vital for ensuring the quality of Open Education.This study,based on qualitative interviews with 16 adult learners,uncovers the direct and indirect factors influencing deep learning in online courses.Prior learning,motivation,emotions,curriculum design,teaching situation,and social interaction directly impact i-depth learning,while learning support and environment play indirect roles.To enhance adult learners'deep learning,suggested strategies include analyzing learners'needs,focusing on online course design,improving teacher evaluations,establishing learning communities,and providing emotional and technical support.Implementing these measures can create an environment that fosters deep learning and elevates the teaching quality of online courses in Open Education.
