摘要
学生参与是有效学习的关键因素,然而许多教育者在创造和维持一个吸引人的学习环境方面面临着挑战,特别是在开放教育的背景下。从行为、情感和认知三个维度研究开放教育课程设计和学生参与度问题,针对青海开放大学人文学院2020秋季~2022年秋季学生进行问卷调查,在出勤率、参与度、动机、兴趣、学习策略以及对学习材料难度感知等问题调查分析的基础上,对教师半结构化访谈内容进行三级编码,通过对比问卷和半结构化访谈结果,提出课程设计在行为、情感和认知三个维度的设计思路,包括调整任务难度及任务之间的相关性、提高学生的参与感和获得感、游戏化以及基于PBL或TBL的教学设计等,最终建立一个全新的以学习者为中心的教学模式。
Student engagement is a critical factor for effective learning,but educators often encounter challenges in fostering and sustaining an engaging learning environment,particularly in the context of open education.This study examines open education curriculum design and student engagement from three dimensions:behavior,emotion,and cognition.A questionnaire survey was conducted with students from Autumn 2020 to Autumn 2022 at the School of Humanities,Qinghai Open University.The survey analyzed attendance,participation,motivation,interest,learning strategies,and perceptions of learning material difficulty.Semi-structured interviews with teachers were also coded at three levels.By comparing questionnaire and interview results,curriculum design ideas in behavior,emotion,and cognition dimensions were proposed.These ideas include task difficulty adjustment,task correlation enhancement,improving student engagement and acquisition,and gamification and PBL-or TBL-based curriculum designs.The study concludes with the establishment of a new learner-centered teaching model.
