“双高”背景下高职院校智能制造专业群实践教学体系的重构研究——以湖北科技职业学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着工业4.0的不断推进,智能制造产业转型升级加快,为了满足企业对现阶段智能制造人才的要求,在“双高”建设背景下,高职院校构建智能制造创新型实践教学体系是高职教育内涵建设的重点之一。文章阐述了国内外实践教学体系构建的相关理论,分析了制造类专业群的实践教学体系构建存在的问题,如专业群对各专业实践课程缺乏统一规划、新技术实践课程资源开发不足、实践教学教师能力不足,缺乏高效规范的实训教学模式和评价模式等。以湖北科技职业学院为例,从智能制造专业群的角度,依照智能制造行业、企业的关键技能和能力需求,从实践教学内容、教学资源、教学团队、教学模式、教学评价等方面进行探索与实践,构建科学的智能制造专业群实践教学体系。 With the rapid advancement of Industry 4.0,the intelligent manufacturing industry is undergoing transformation and upgrading.Meeting the demand for intelligent manufacturing talents from enterprises has become a crucial task,especially in the context of"Double High"program.To address this,the innovative practice teaching system for intelligent manufacturing has gained prominence in higher vocational education.This paper reviews theoretical research on the construction of practice teaching systems at both domestic and international levels.It also highlights the issues prevailing in the practice teaching system of manufacturing professional groups,including the lack of unified planning for practice courses across different specialties,insufficient resources for practice courses focusing on new technologies,inadequate capacity of practice teaching teachers,and the absence of efficient and standardized practical training teaching and evaluation models.Taking Hubei Science and Technology College as a case study,this research focuses on the intelligent manufacturing professional group and explores various aspects such as practice teaching content,resources,teaching teams,teaching modes,and evaluation methods aligned with the key skills and abilities demanded by the intelligent manufacturing industry and enterprises.The aim is to develop a scientifically sound practice teaching system for the intelligent manufacturing professional group.
