摘要
滤波器作为微波接收机、发射机和测试设备中的一个重要组成部分,担任着信号选择、分离和组合的重要任务,在通信和雷达中具有广泛的应用。研究了导体表面粗糙度对带通滤波器工作频率、插入损耗和带宽的影响。为了保证滤波器的质量和成品率,需要对基板导体层的表面粗糙度进行控制。
As an important part of microwave receiver,transmitter and test equipment,filter plays an important role in signal selection,separation and combination,and has a wide range of applications in communication and radar.The influence of conductor surface roughness on the operating frequency range,insertion loss and bandwidth of bandpass filter is studied.In order to ensure the quality and yield of the filter,it is necessary to control the surface roughness of the substrate conductor layer.
