宽高频波导功分网络精密制造技术

摘要 波导功分网络是某宽高频雷达系统的核心部件,功分网络性能直接影响雷达系统功能的实现。基于前期工艺摸底和指标测试结果,系统开展功分网络精密制造工艺优化。通过结构工艺性设计、工艺路径优化、数控加工策略改进、焊接参数优化及工艺装备改进措施,保证了功分网络尺寸精度、加工质量和焊接可靠性,解决制造过程中多余物防护和可靠传输问题,获得了性能指标满足要求的功分网络实物,为宽高频波导功分网络的制造提供了一种工艺解决方案。 As the core component of the wide high frequency radar system,the properties of the waveguide power division network directly affects the functionality of the radar system.Based on the results of the process survey and index test,the process optimization on the manufacturing of the power division network is investigated systemically.Structure modification for manufacturability,optimization of process path,updating NC processing strategy,optimization of welding parameters and upgrading of processing equipment are executed to guarantee the dimensional accuracy,machining quality and welding reliability.The issues of redundancy protection and credible transmission during manufacturing process can also be solved.The material object of waveguide power division network meeting the performance request is obtained via these efforts.These works can provide a feasible technology solution for the manufacturing of wide-high frequency waveguide power division network.
