国产有机硅三防涂料性能对比验证

Performance Contrastive Verification of New Domestic Silicone Coating for PCBA

摘要 对DC1-2577和三种国内自主研制的有机硅敷形涂料的基本性质、电性能和防护性能进行了对比测试验证。结果表明:涂覆后的样件均能通过240 h中性盐雾试验、10周期耐湿试验和50周期温冲试验,霉菌等级达到1级(7种),绝缘电阻和介质耐电压性能均能达到SJ 20671-1998《印制板组装件涂覆用电具有化合物》的要求,但是在加严条件下,其中两种自主研制的涂料的介质耐电压值与DC1-2577性能相当,另外一种略差于DC1-2577。 The basic properties,electrical properties and protective properties of DC1-2577 and three self-developed silicone coatings are compared and tested.The results show that the protection of the selfdeveloped silicone coating can pass the 240 h neutral salt spray test,10 cycle damp test,50 cycle temperature impact test,and the mould proof grade is 1.The insulation resistance and dielectric withstand voltage performance of the PCB can meet the requirements of SJ 20671-1998.But under strict conditions,the dielectric withstand voltage performance of two of the self-developed silicone coatings are similar to DC1-2577,the other one is poor than DC1-2577.
