穿山龙治疗慢性肾脏病研究进展

Progress on Chuanshanlong(Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae)in Chronic Kidney Disease

慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease, CKD)作为泌尿系统疾病,目前临床较为常见,其病机复杂,病程冗长,病症繁多。致病原因包括原发和继发两方面,以肾小球、肾小管及肾血管炎症、损伤为主,病程持续进展可增加死亡风险。近年随着CKD患病率的上升,病死率也随之增加。因治疗难度大、患病率高及预后不良等因素,CKD已成为引发世界重视的公共卫生问题。现代医学在对症治疗的同时可有效缓解临床症状,但对控制病程进展效果不佳,无法满足医生及患者对疗效的要求。中医药治疗肾脏疾病历史悠久,理论及实践经验丰富,可多途径、多靶点起效,在延缓肾脏衰竭方面优势显著,效果力专。穿山龙性温,善祛风湿,通筋络,活血止痛。依托现代药理学及临床实践深入对穿山龙的研究,积累丰富的理论基础及实践经验,不仅证明其对CKD的确切疗效,也展现了穿山龙在肾脏病领域的应用前景。通过查阅和研究国内外相关文献,对穿山龙在CKD治疗中的药理学功效(抗氧化应激、降血糖、抗炎、降低尿酸等)、临床应用研究进行总结,通过整理分析,以期寻找改善肾功能,有效治疗CKD的新的组方用药思路。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD) as a disease of urinary system, is common in clinic at present, with complicated pathogenesis, long course and various diseases. The causes of the disease include primary and secondary aspects, mainly inflammation and injury of glomerulus, renal tubules and renal vessels. The continuous progress of the disease course can increase the risk of death. Investigation in recent years has found that the prevalence of CKD is on the rise, and the mortality is also increasing. CKD has become a public health problem that attracts worldwide attention because of its difficult treatment, high prevalence and poor prognosis. The modern medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, but it is not effective in controlling the progress of the disease and can not meet the requirements of doctors and patients for curative effect. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history as well as rich experience in theory and practice for treating kidney diseases and can take the effect in multiple ways and at multiple targets. It has obvious advantages in delaying kidney failure and special effect. Chuanshanlong(Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae) is warm and good at dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, dredging tendons and collaterals, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. Relying on modern pharmacology and clinical practice, it deeply studied Chuanshanlong(Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae) and accumulated rich theoretical basis and practical experience, which not only proved its exact curative effect on CKD,but also showed the application prospect of Chuanshanlong(Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae) in the field of kidney disease. In this paper, through consulting and studying the related literature at home and abroad, it summarized the pharmacological effects(anti-oxidative stress, lowering blood sugar, anti-inflammation, lowering uric acid, etc.) and clinical application of Chuanshanlong(Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae) in CKD treatment, and through sorting and analysis, we hoped to find a new prescription and medication idea to improve the renal function and effectively treat CKD.
