清化方对重症肺炎临床疗效及血清IL-1β、IL-13、Lac的影响

Study on Curative Effect of Qinghua Recipe(清化方)on Severe Pneumonia Patients and Changes of IL-1β,IL-13 and Lac in Serum of Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的 研究清化方对重症肺炎患者临床疗效及血清白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素-13(Interleukin-13,IL-13)、血乳酸(Blood lactic acid,Lac)的变化影响。方法 选取2019年3月-2022年3月医院接收的重症肺炎患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组53例给予常规对症治疗,研究组53例在对照组基础上加用清化方治疗。分析两组疗效,比较两组痰液颜色和黏稠度,检测两组IL-1β、IL-13、Lac、转化生长因子-β(Transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)水平,观察急性生理与慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ,APACHEⅡ)评分的差异。结果 研究组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前痰液颜色和黏稠度整体组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后痰液颜色和黏稠度整体优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前IL-1β、IL-13、Lac、TGF-β及APACHEⅡ评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后TGF-β高于对照组,IL-1β、IL-13、Lac及APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清化方治疗重症肺炎疗效显著,可降低IL-1β、IL-13、Lac的表达水平,改善痰液颜色和黏稠度,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Qinghua Recipe(清化方)on severe pneumonia and the changes of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-13(IL-13)and blood lactic acid(Lac)in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 106 patients with severe pneumonia in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment and the research group was treated with Qinghua Recipe on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of two groups was analyzed.The color and viscosity of sputum in two groups were compared.The levels of IL-1β,IL-13,Lac and transforming growth factorβ(TCF-β)in two groups were detected and the difference of acute physiological and chronic health grade II(APACHEI)score was observed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sputum color or viscosity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the color and viscosity of sputum in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in pre-treatment IL-1β,IL-13,Lac,TGF-βor APACHE I score(P>0.05).The TGF-βin the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-1β,IL-13 and Lac and APACHE I scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinghua Recipe is effective in the treatment of severe pneumonia.It can reduce the levels of IL-1β,IL-13 and Lac and improve the sputum color and viscosity.It is worthy of popularizing.
